3. 用户明白且同意，互联网技术存在不稳定性，可能导致政府管制、病毒入侵、黑客攻击、服务器系统奔溃等风险发生，同时不同外汇平台商的不同产品也有一定的差异性，由以上原因可能导致本服务中断或用户账户损失，对此等不可抗力因素引起的用户损失由用户自行承担责任。The user acknowledges the risk of information technology is not foolproof; understands the possibility of governmental restrictions, malware, technological limitations, and the difference of pricing from different brokers leading to potential losses may occur and is the sole responsibility of the investor.
