3. 使用者明白且同意，網際網路技術存在不穩定性，可能導致政府管制、病毒入侵、駭客攻擊、伺服器系統奔潰等風險發生，同時不同外匯平臺商的不同產品也有一定的差異性，由以上原因可能導致本服務中斷或使用者賬戶損失，對此等不可抗力因素引起的使用者損失由使用者自行承擔責任。The user acknowledges the risk of information technology is not foolproof; understands the possibility of governmental restrictions, malware, technological limitations, and the difference of pricing from different brokers leading to potential losses may occur and is the sole responsibility of the investor.

The system does not take responsibility for any losses you may incur, nor does it assume any responsibility for the expenses or costs arising from your personal use of the system for trading purposes.
